# No Returns. No Refunds.

BibleTEEZ items are printed on demand. Each piece is made specifically when you order. There is no warehouse stock and no item exists until your order is placed.

Under the UK **Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013** and the **Consumer Rights Act 2015**, custom-made and personalised goods are exempt from the 14-day right to cancel. By placing an order you confirm that the item is made to your specification at the moment of purchase and that you have no right to cancel or return for change of mind.

## We do not accept

- Returns for change of mind
- Returns because the size does not suit
- Returns because the colour did not look the same on screen
- Refunds because you have stopped wearing it
- Returns due to normal print variation, dye-batch differences, or minor placement variation — these are inherent to print-on-demand and are not faults
- Returns of any kind outside of statutory rights

## Sizing

Check the size guide before ordering. Garments are made to order. A wrong size choice is not a fault.

## Care

Wash inside out, cold, low spin. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron print. Misuse is not a fault.

## Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes statutory rights under UK consumer law where those rights apply. Statutory rights cover goods that are not of satisfactory quality, do not match description, or are not delivered. They do not extend to change of mind on custom-made goods.
